When the bell sounds at 8:40am the children line up on the playground, where the teacher will meet them and lead them in to the cloakroom.  If there are any messages that parents need to make the teacher aware of then this is a good time to pass these on.  We ask that the parents stay in the playground at this point and do not come into school with the children. There will be another member of staff in the classroom to meet them. There will be five minutes for the children to get settled and lessons will start promptly at 8:45am.

Children who attend breakfast club will be taken straight to the classroom at 8:40am. Children who arrive to school on the bus will be met by a member of staff who will supervise the children safely to the playground and then take the foundation stage children to their door as currently happens.

If children are not in the playground by 8:40am and the door is already closed then they will have to come into school by the main entrance.

The door for the nursery children to enter the classroom will remain open until 9:00am. 

Lessons continue throughout the morning and there is a playtime for the children at 10:15am. 

Lunch is served at 12 noon. 

Afternoon lessons begin at 1:00pm and continue until home time at 3:30pm.
